By accessing our website and purchasing from us, you accept these Terms and Conditions.

- All items are handmade.
- Minor variations in size, color, or design may occur due to the handmade nature.
- Product images are illustrative but accurately represent the item received.
3. Prices & Currency
- Prices displayed on the website are in RSD (Serbian Dinars).
- USD equivalent values may be shown for transparency purposes.
- All payments are ultimately charged in RSD.
4. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment options:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- DinaCard
- Raiffeisen Internet Payment processing
Card details are not stored on our servers.
Payments are processed securely via Raiffeisen Bank systems.
5. Order Processing & Delivery
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Serbia delivery: 3–7 business days
- International delivery: 7–21 business days
Delivery delays may occur due to postal services or customs; this is outside our direct control.
6. Refunds & Cancellation
Refunds are allowed only when:
1) The wrong product was delivered
2) The item arrived severely damaged
The customer must contact us at support@mikillyfashion.com within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Proof (such as photographs) may be required for validation.
7. Returns
Returns are accepted only when required by law or in cases of confirmed error/damage from our side.
Due to the handmade nature, returns based on appearance preference (color, shape, size) are not accepted.
8. Privacy
- We collect only the data necessary to complete the order: name, address, phone, email.
- We do not have access to card data.
- Card processing occurs exclusively through Raiffeisen secure banking systems.
